Abstract

This decade-long surveillance study analyzes antimicrobial resistance patterns in community-acquired infections. Data from 25 healthcare facilities show increasing resistance rates, particularly in gram-negative pathogens. The findings underscore the need for enhanced antimicrobial stewardship in community settings.
