The review cycle, depending on the speed of professional review, is within 45 days if everything goes well. If the article doesn’t satisfy the basic requirements of our journal and it is much likely to be rejected around two weeks. To be specific, the preliminary review period lasts about one month. Once your manuscript is accepted, our Production Team will begin to make the PDF proof (about 3-5 weeks) after receiving the publication fee, and the manuscript will be published about 3-5 weeks after the confirmation of the proof.

Article Processing Charge (APC) and Waivers

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 400 per article is applied only to manuscripts accepted for publication. There are no submission fees, no peer-review charges, and no additional fees of any kind.

After final acceptance, authors can pay the APC via PayPal, credit card, or bank wire transfer.

All invited manuscripts may be eligible for a full or partial fee waiver. In addition, the journal supports researchers from remote, under-resourced, or economically disadvantaged regions: full or partial APC waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis. 

Waiver requests are evaluated independently of the editorial and peer review process and have no influence on editorial decisions.
