Professor She is the Deputy Dean of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the Executive Dean of Yulin Hospital affiliated with the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the Chief Physician, Professor, and Researcher in the Department of General Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a Ph.D. Supervisor in Surgery, Oncology, and Mechanical Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
His main research interests include: clinical research on minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors using the Da Vinci robot; the correlation between gut microbiota and gastrointestinal tumors; research and development of probiotic complexes and nanoparticles; and the development of new surgical medical devices.
He is a key figure in the Shaanxi Province High-Level Talent Special Support Plan for Science and Technology Innovation Leaders, the leader of a key science and technology innovation team in Shaanxi Province, the leader of a special support plan for creating a first-class team in Shaanxi Province, the head of the Shaanxi Province Higher Education Institution's Discipline Innovation and Talent Introduction Base, and the head of the Hong Kong-Shaanxi Gut Microbiota Overseas Offshore Innovation Center.
He has presided over 27 national and provincial-level scientific research projects, including five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published over 120 papers in journals such as Nature, Sci Adv, Nat Commun, GUT, Gastroenterology, Ann Surg, Nucleic Acids Res, and Oncogene. He has also participated in the compilation of six clinical guidelines/expert consensuses and has been granted 16 patents.
Professor She has received the following awards: China Productivity Promotion Award, First Prize of the Shaanxi Province Higher Education Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award and First Prize in the Shaanxi Province division of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
