人工智能（artificial intelligence， AI）工具在知识创新与传播中存在巨大潜力。然而，AI工具在其应用中，也暴露出诸多伦理与合规问题，包括学术诚信风险、数据隐私与安全隐患、内容准确性不足、伦理责任界定不清以及学术规范的模糊化等。本文详细探讨了AI工具应用于医学研究和医学论文撰写的优势与不足，以及存在这些不足的背后原因，并针对数据保护、内容验证、伦理教育等问题给出了具体解决建议。此外，本文重点探讨了AI时代的医学知识创新与传播范式转换问题，以期推动AI技术在医学研究中的规范化应用。

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools show great potential in knowledge innovation and dissemination. However, the application of AI tools has also exposed many ethical and compliance issues, including academic integrity risk, data privacy and security risks, lack of accuracy of the content, the definition of ethical responsibility and the fuzziness of academic norms. This paper discusses in detail the advantages and disadvantages of the application of AI tools in medical research and medical paper writing, as well as the reasons. The paper also gives some concrete solutions to the problems of data protection, content verification and ethical education. In addition, we focuses on the transformation of medical knowledge innovation and dissemination paradigm in the era of AI, in order to promote the standardized application of AI technology in medical research.
