Journal of Dermatopharmacy (JDP) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing in English. It features significant original research, rapid communications, and authoritative reviews on recent advances in dermatopharmacy, encompassing: drug delivery systems (transdermal/topical technologies, nanocarriers, microneedles), clinical dermatopharmacy (phases I-IV trials, pharmacoeconomics, real-world evidence), skin pharmacology and toxicology (PK/PD, mechanistic studies, safety evaluation), traditional and natural medicines (bioactive compounds, external preparations, ethnopharmacology), and functional cosmetics science (efficacy-driven formulations, bioactive screening, alternative testing models). The journal bridges pharmaceutical innovation, dermatological efficacy, and cosmetic applications to advance translational skin health solutions.
